Meteor’s professional & personal advice on my financial planning has been a great journey. It’s has been a blessing ever since meteor took over my portfolio years ago. Yes it was a short few years, but she never fail to make me feel well taken care of. I must admit that I’m not the easiest customer but she made signing documents and the claiming process a breeze. But what really amazes me is that she’s willing to help answer my queries on my mom’s policies even thou it’s not under her and giving me advices that is very helpful. She is never a “pushy” agent, neither does she ask me to sign up something that’s not within my means, instead she said to me “Hi Yvonne, no pressure ya, totally understand your situation” We can easily find a knowledgeable and experienced agent but it’s hard to find one with lots of empathy and patience.

I have had 3 financial advisors and Meteor is the best among them. Any time I have a question or concern with my policies she works on my concerns right away. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants a financial advisor that is really passionate about the job and cares about the clients. I even have "fired" my previous advisors and Meteor is now handling all the portfolios that I previously purchased.

Probably one of the newer member of the Meteor family, I just starting buying from Meteor after circuit breaker in 2020. I had time to do a quick review and I realised 2 things. First, the insurance decisions I had made when I was younger was inadequate for me now so I was severely under insured. Second, my wife knew nothing about my current portfolio which is concerning. Anyone can sell but not everyone can properly service an account. An insurance investment follows you till death so always find someone you can trust and it’s important your family knows this contact too. My whole family incl my parents and sisters have changed their previous agent to my agent because they had personally witness how dedicated she is in handling all my claims. Their previous agent either didnt follow up or compelled them to sign up for plans they dont need. This is a major turn off for me! But this doesnt happen with Meteor Tan. She never does that! She isnt the sort who will message and bug u to sign up. She will share with u the pros n cons and u decide without stress from her! She has been my agent for 8 years now and we are all insured. You will be surprised that the must have plans are not expensive. They are affordable. I have 3 kids and together with me and my husband, how do u tthink we afford it?
